As parents, we know that traveling with kids is a whole new ballgame. Our services help families feel confident in their plans and equipped in their journey, helping everyone have an amazing trip.
We also know sometimes it’s great to get away without your kids. That’s why we also plan kid-free vacations for friends, couples, adult siblings, or anyone who wants to travel together, focusing on your specific wants and needs.

Service One:
Family-friendly travel, designed just for you
At WanderWell Travelers, we believe that every family vacation- or any other vacation you might take, for that matter- should be designed with YOU in mind. That’s why our family travel planning services start with you: our team takes the time to hear about the likes and dislikes of each of your fellow travelers (whether they be your children, your friends, your parents or someone else entirely), as well as your travel style, your interests and- of course- your hopes for your trip. If you haven’t yet decided where you want to travel, we’ll talk you through some of the options we think would be a great fit. And once you know where you want to go, our team will create itineraries and plans made up of the best options for you- never presets with “preferred vendors” like so many other travel advisors. That’s because at WanderWell Travelers we believe we can only do our job well when we have the independence to suggest the places and experiences that make the most sense for your family.
All of our family travel planning services also come with our tried and true tips and tricks for traveling with kids: pointers on flight times, public transit, safety and how to help keep emotions and bodies feeling good.

Service Two:
Times & Traditions to prepare for a new place
Help your child(ren) prepare for your upcoming trip by introducing them beforehand to the geographic region you’ll be visiting. Times & Traditions presents a brief, age-appropriate history of the area to be visited, as well as some of the cultural traditions and experiences of children who live there. Drawing on your child’s own interests (that you share with us), Times & Traditions provides links to resources such as music, sites, books and shows that they can explore on their own before the trip.
Times & Traditions services: Starting at $30, with 10% of profits donated to support refugees
Service Three:
One-on-One Sessions
Sometimes you just need someone who’s been down this road before-multiple times!- to sit with you and talk through all of your questions and concerns (Will anyone actually sleep on the plane? How do we manage jet lag? How do I engage my children in all that we’ll see?) Our one-on-one sessions give you the opportunity to meet with us and to discuss anything related to your family’s trip.
Coaching sessions: $75 per 50 minute session (discount with additional sessions), with 3% of profits donated to support refugees
Service Four:
Itinerary Review
Already have plans but want another set of eyes to help you think through a few of the specifics? Looking for a specific recommendation for a kid-friendly experience? Wondering if you should rent a car or book a train? Trying to prioritize which museum to visit first? Our itinerary review services give you that extra peace of mind for all that you’ve planned.
